Your New Company

Hays Building Services are pleased to be assisting a consultancy in Southampton in the recruitment of a Senior – Associate Electrical Engineer to join their expanding team.

Your New Role

You will take ownership of complex electrical building services projects from concept through to completion, ensuring high standards of design quality, coordinated delivery, and effective programme control. You will work on a range of interesting projects across a range of sectors, including, NHS, Commercial and residential across the South.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys remaining close to project delivery while taking clear accountability for engineering output, project outcomes, and technical performance.

What You’ll Need To Succeed

You will have a strong track record in electrical building services engineering within a consultancy environment, experience acting as a project lead or senior engineer on multidisciplinary projects as well as proven experience delivering complex electrical building services projects through all design stages.

What You’ll Get In Return

This role is being offered with a salary between £60,000 - £75,000 per annum on a permanent contract with excellent benefits.
