Your new company
An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a passionate and dedicated SEND teacher to join a highly respected Primary School with a specialist provision. This well-established school provides exceptional education and support for pupils aged 4 to 11 with a wide range of special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), including moderate learning difficulties (MLD), autism spectrum conditions (ASC), speech, language and communication needs (SLCN), and complex learning profiles. The school is known for its inclusive ethos, high staff-to-student ratio, and a broad, creative curriculum that promotes academic achievement, life skills, and emotional development. With a strong leadership team and a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach, the school offers a nurturing and structured environment where every student is supported to thrive.
Your new role

A creative, flexible, and nurturing approach to teaching and learning.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one through Hays.

A rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people with SEND.
A supportive and inclusive school environment with a strong team ethos.
Ongoing CPD and training opportunities through Hays and the school.
Competitive daily rate and weekly pay.
Access to Hays Education benefits, including holiday pay, pension contributions, and a dedicated consultant.
