About the role

We’re looking for caring and reliable SEND Teaching Assistants to join a specialist all‑through school in Rugby supporting learners aged 2–19 with a range of additional needs.

• Location: Rugby
• Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm
• Contract: Full‑time, long‑term, temporary to permanent
• Start: ASAP

What you'll be doing

• Support pupils with SEND in class and during daily routines
• Provide 1:1 and small group support
• Assist with communication, sensory needs, and engagement
• Work closely with teachers and support staff

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in SEN, support work, or similar
• A calm, patient, and positive approach
• Ability to follow support plans and work as part of a team
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
