We’re looking for enthusiastic and committed Supply SEND Teaching Assistants to join primary schools across Torbay.
Your new role
Support pupils with a range of SEND needs on a one-to-one or small-group basis
Foster an inclusive, safe, and engaging learning environment
Adapt classroom activities to meet individual pupil's needs
Collaborate with class teachers, SENCOs, and other support staff
What you'll need to succeed
Experience supporting children with SEND (in school or similar setting)
Understanding of conditions such as ASD, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and SEMH
A calm, empathetic, and resilient attitude
Ideally, a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (not essential)
