SEND Teacher - Cheltenham
Are you an experienced and passionate SEND Teacher looking for flexibility and variety in your teaching career?
We are seeking dedicated professionals to join our supply pool and support schools in delivering high-quality education to pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.
This role offers the opportunity to work across a range of settings, providing tailored teaching and support to meet individual needs while enjoying the freedom of supply work.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons for pupils with SEND.
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse needs, including those with EHCPs.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Collaborate with school staff to ensure continuity of learning.
- Uphold safeguarding and welfare standards at all times.
About You
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience working with SEND pupils in a school setting.
- Strong knowledge of SEND strategies and statutory requirements.
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to quickly build rapport in new environments.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
