SEND Higher Level Teaching Assistant – Swindon

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)? Do you have the experience, empathy, and resilience to support pupils in achieving their full potential?

Your new role

We are working with and SEND provision who are looking for an SEND Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join them from January. As an HLTA, you will work closely with teachers and the SENCO to deliver tailored interventions, support individual learning plans, and lead classes.

What you'll need to succeed

HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.
Proven experience supporting children with SEND
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
