You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Leading the identification of SEND needs and coordinating tailored interventions.
- Monitoring and evaluating the impact of support strategies across the school.
- Supporting staff with curriculum development and inclusive teaching practices.
- Liaising with parents, external agencies, and colleagues to ensure the best outcomes for pupils.
- Managing assessment, reporting, and performance tracking for SEND pupils.
- Contributing to staff development and the school’s strategic planning.
What You’ll Need to Succeed: - Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience in SEND provision.
- NASENCO qualification (or willingness to work towards it).
- A compassionate and proactive approach to supporting pupils and staff.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to inspire and lead inclusive practice across the school.
- Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
