Location: Wolverhampton, Dudley, Sandwell, Walsall Start Date: January 2026 Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time / Temp-to-Perm

Are you looking for SEN Teaching Assistant jobs in Wolverhampton? Do you have experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? Our partner schools are seeking dedicated SEN TAs to join their teams from January 2026.

Role Overview:
  • Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN.
  • Assist with classroom activities and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Support pupils with Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, and Speech & Language needs.
  • Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to create an inclusive learning environment.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a SEN setting.
  • Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach.
  • Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification or relevant SEN training (desirable).
