Key Responsibilities
• Provide high‑quality one‑to‑one and small‑group support for pupils with autism, ADHD, and other learning needs.
• Collaborate closely with teachers and SENCOs to deliver effective IEPs and tailored intervention strategies.
• Promote a positive, structured, and engaging learning environment.
• Support pupils’ communication, sensory regulation, and emotional wellbeing.
• Contribute to inclusive classroom routines and day‑to‑day learning activities.

What We’re Looking For
• A patient, flexible, and proactive approach.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for supporting SEN learners.
• Previous SEN, autism, or learning support experience is highly desirable.
• Level 2 or Level 3 TA qualification is beneficial but not essential.
