We’re working with a welcoming primary school in Bristol to recruit compassionate and committed SEN Teaching Assistants for part-time roles. If you thrive in inclusive, nurturing, and dynamic learning environments—and need flexibility—this could be a great fit.

Your Role Will Include:

• Providing tailored one-to-one and small group support for pupils with a range of special educational needs

• Collaborating with class teachers and SENCOs to implement individual education plans (IEPs)

• Creating a safe, structured, and engaging learning environment

• Supporting pupils with communication, sensory, emotional, and behavioural needs

• Assisting with classroom organisation, resources, and inclusive learning activities

What We’re Looking For:

• A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Experience working with children with SEN (in a school or other setting) – highly desirable

• Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification – an advantage, but not essential
