Your New Company
This specialist primary school is known for its nurturing and inclusive environment, supporting children with a wide range of special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). The school is purpose-built with excellent facilities, including hydrotherapy pools, sensory rooms, and accessible outdoor spaces. Staff work collaboratively with speech and language therapists, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists to ensure pupils receive holistic support. The school promotes a child-centred approach, with a strong emphasis on communication, independence, and emotional wellbeing.

  • A calm, patient, and empathetic approach
  • A current enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
What You'll Get in Return
  • A rewarding opportunity to support children with high levels of need
  • Ongoing support from a dedicated Hays Education consultant
