We’re supporting a friendly and inclusive primary school in Winterbourne, Bristol, to recruit a compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant . This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about helping individual learners to thrive in a nurturing, child-centred environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Providing personalised 1:1 support for a pupil with additional learning needs
• Working closely with class teachers and the SENCO to deliver tailored learning plans
• Building a supportive, encouraging relationship to promote engagement and progress
• Supporting emotional regulation and social development
• Assisting with classroom routines, group activities, and smooth transitions

What We’re Looking For

• A caring, patient and empathetic approach
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• Experience supporting children with SEND or additional needs (highly desirable)
• Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (advantageous but not essential
