• Deliver consistent 1:1 and small group support to pupils with a range of special educational needs.
• Work closely with teaching staff to implement personalised learning plans.
• Support pupils with emotional regulation, communication, and social development.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive and structured classroom environment.
• Build strong relationships with pupils, staff and families over time.

• Proven experience supporting children or young people with SEN (e.g. autism, ADHD, SEMH, speech and language needs).
• A calm, empathetic and resilient approach.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Commitment to consistency and long-term development.
• A DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).

• A long-term placement in a specialist school with excellent facilities.
