Flexible SEN Teaching Assistant – Daily Supply Opportunities

Are you passionate about supporting children with special educational needs? We’re looking for adaptable and caring SEN Teaching Assistants for day-to-day supply roles across local schools. This is a great opportunity to gain varied experience, work flexibly, and make a meaningful impact.

Role Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 or small group support to pupils with SEN.
Assist teachers in delivering inclusive and engaging lessons.
Help manage behaviour and promote emotional wellbeing.
Adapt quickly to different school environments and pupil needs.
Maintain a safe and supportive learning space.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

Experience working with children with SEN (school or care settings).
A flexible, proactive and positive attitude.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to quickly build rapport with pupils and staff.
DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
