Are you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)?
We’re looking for dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join supportive, inclusive schools across Corby. This is an exciting opportunity to make a genuine impact while growing your experience within a caring school community.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with a range of needs, including autism, ADHD, and speech & language difficulties.
• Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to deliver tailored IEPs and differentiated activities.
• Create a safe, engaging, and structured learning environment that promotes confidence and independence.
• Support pupils’ communication, sensory, and emotional regulation needs.
• Assist with classroom organisation and inclusive learning activities.

What We’re Looking For
• A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach to supporting children with additional needs.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Previous experience working with children with SEN, autism, ADHD, or learning difficulties is highly desirable.
• Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is an advantage but not essential.
