Your new role

As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you will work flexibly across a range of settings, supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. You’ll play a key role in helping pupils access learning, manage behaviour, and develop social and emotional skills.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience working with children or young people with SEN/SEMH needs
  • A calm, patient and resilient approach
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A valid DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply through Hays)
