Contract: 12‑week Temp‑to‑Perm

Hours: 8:30am – 4:30pm, Monday to Friday

About the Setting

We’re working with a specialist further‑education provider in Coventry that supports young people with a wide range of additional needs. The environment is inclusive, well‑resourced, and focused on helping learners build independence, confidence, and essential life skills.

About the Role

• Supporting learners with SEN/SEND needs across a variety of sessions
• Encouraging independence, engagement, and positive communication
• Assisting with classroom activities, small‑group work, and 1:1 support
• Helping with personal care where required
• Working collaboratively with tutors, therapists, and support staff

• Reliable and committed to long‑term support
