Hours: Full‑time or part‑time (3 days per week)

Your new role
- Autism and communication needs
- Physical disabilities
- Complex learning difficulties
- Social, emotional, or behavioural needs
- Supporting pupils in lessons and during structured activities
- Providing 1:1 or small‑group support
- Assisting with personal care where required
- Helping pupils develop independence, confidence, and life skills
- Working collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and support staff
- Contributing to a positive, inclusive school environment
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in SEND, care, or support work
- A calm, patient, and supportive approach

- Willingness to assist with personal care when needed
