We’re looking for enthusiastic and committed SEN Teaching Assistants to join inclusive and welcoming schools across the Kettering area. This is a fantastic opportunity to help pupils with a wide range of needs while developing your own skills in a supportive school environment.

Your New Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support pupils with a variety of additional needs, which may include autism, speech and language needs, learning difficulties, sensory needs, or behavioural challenges.
- Build strong, supportive relationships with students
- Assist teachers in creating inclusive, engaging and accessible learning experiences
- Promote independence, confidence and positive learning behaviours
- Ensure consistent, safe and high‑quality support in line with safeguarding expectations
