Are you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)?
We’re looking for dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join welcoming and inclusive schools in Kettering. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real impact while developing your skills in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide one-to-one and small‑group SEN support for pupils with a range of needs, including autism, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties.
• Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to help deliver individual education plans (IEPs).
• Create a safe, structured, and engaging learning environment.
• Support pupils’ communication, sensory, and emotional development.
• Assist with classroom organisation and inclusive learning activities.

What We’re Looking For
• A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Previous experience supporting children with SEN, autism, or learning difficulties (highly desirable).
• Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is an advantage but not essential.
