SEN Teaching Assistant - Kemble

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)? We are seeking dedicated and compassionate

SEND Teaching Assistants.

About the Role:

As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Provide tailored support to pupils with a range of SEND needs, including those with EHCPs.
  • Work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to deliver personalised learning strategies.
  • Foster a nurturing and inclusive environment that promotes independence and confidence.
  • Support pupils both in class and in small group or 1:1 settings.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

  • Has experience working with children with SEND (desirable but not essential).
  • Is patient, empathetic, and enthusiastic about supporting learning and development.
  • Can work effectively as part of a team and communicate well with staff, pupils, and parents.
  • Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
