About the Role:
As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Provide tailored support to pupils with a range of SEND needs, including those with EHCPs.
- Work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to deliver personalised learning strategies.
- Foster a nurturing and inclusive environment that promotes independence and confidence.
- Support pupils both in class and in small group or 1:1 settings.
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Has experience working with children with SEND (desirable but not essential).
- Is patient, empathetic, and enthusiastic about supporting learning and development.
- Can work effectively as part of a team and communicate well with staff, pupils, and parents.
- Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
