Ideal candidate

• Experience supporting young people with additional needs or challenging behaviour (preferred but not essential).
• Comfortable assisting with personal care tasks.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
• Willingness to complete compliance checks (DBS, references, training).
