Full-Time Teaching Assistant – Coventry (Immediate Start Available)

Location: Coventry

Working Hours: 8:30am – 4:30pm

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Contract Type: 12‑week temporary to permanent opportunity

Start Date: Immediate start


About the role

We are recruiting enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join a specialist education setting in Coventry. This is a rewarding opportunity to support learners aged 16–25 with a range of learning difficulties and disabilities.
You will:
  • Provide tailored academic and pastoral support in small group settings.
  • Assist with personal care needs where required, ensuring dignity and respect at all times.
  • Help learners build confidence, independence, and employability skills.
  • Work closely with teaching staff and therapists to deliver personalised learning programmes.
  • Play a vital role in helping young people achieve their goals and thrive.

  • Willingness to complete compliance checks (DBS, references, training).
