Are you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)?
We’re looking for dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join friendly and inclusive schools in Daventry. This is a great opportunity to make a genuine impact while growing your skills in a supportive educational environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide one-to-one and small group SEN support for pupils with a range of needs, including autism, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties.
• Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to help deliver individual education plans (IEPs).
• Create a safe, structured, and engaging learning environment.
• Support pupils’ communication, sensory, and emotional development.
• Assist with classroom organisation and inclusive learning activities.

What We’re Looking For
• A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Previous experience supporting children with SEN, autism, or learning difficulties (highly desirable).
• Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is an advantage but not essential.
