What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver tailored one-to-one and small group support for pupils with diverse special educational needs.
- Collaborate with teachers and SENCOs to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
- Create a safe, structured, and engaging learning environment.
- Support pupils with communication, sensory, and emotional needs.
- Assist with classroom organisation and inclusive learning activities.
What We’re Looking For - A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience supporting children with SEN (school or similar setting) is highly desirable.
- Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is an advantage—but not essential!
