A specialist further‑education setting with Ofsted rated Outstanding provision for learners with high needs is looking for Supply SEN Teaching Assistants to join their team. This is a great option if you want flexible work while still supporting young people in a high quality environment.

The Role

• Providing support to learners with SEN/SEND needs
• Assisting with classroom activities, engagement, and communication
• Supporting independence and positive behaviour
• Helping with personal care when required
• Working across different classes depending on daily needs
