Your new role
Our pupils are exceptional. Are you? We are excited to offer the opportunity for a Teaching Assistant to join our amazing team on a permanent basis and work with pupils who have a range of Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs.
The successful candidate will be expected to make a real and positive impact to the lives of children who have a range of special educational needs (SEMH/ASD), life experiences and personalities that make every day varied and interesting. You will be able to successfully build trusting student relationships and motivate and encourage pupils as required by providing levels of individual attention, reassurance and help with living and learning tasks as appropriate.

Experience
The appointed candidates will have a minimum of 1 years’ experience working with children and young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs or Autism Spectrum Conditions.
