Your Key Responsibilities

- Use specialist communication aids and strategies.
- Work closely with support staff, therapists, and families.
- Foster a safe, nurturing environment that encourages growth.
- Monitor progress and contribute to review meetings and reports.
What We’re Looking For
- QTS and experience in SEN or specialist education.
- Passion for supporting children with additional needs.
- Resilience, creativity, and adaptability in teaching.
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
