About the Role
Are you passionate about transforming lives through education? We’re looking for an enthusiastic Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teacher to join a warm, inclusive school in Northamptonshire. You’ll work with incredible pupils aged 4–17 who have diverse and complex needs, including autism, SEMH, and communication challenges.
This is more than a teaching role—it’s an opportunity to inspire confidence, independence, and joy in learning.
Your Impact
- Create tailored, sensory-rich lessons aligned with EHCP outcomes.
- Use innovative tools like PECS, Makaton, and other communication aids.

What We’re Looking For
- QTS and experience in SEN or specialist settings.
- A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs.
- Resilience, creativity, and adaptability in the classroom.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain).
