Primary schools across North Birmingham and Sandwell are seeking passionate and experienced SEN Teachers to lead specialist resource bases supporting pupils with a range of additional needs. Your new role

• Deliver personalised learning plans aligned with EHCP targets
• Lead and manage a team of support staff within the base
• Coordinate with external agencies and families to ensure holistic support
• Monitor pupil progress and adapt strategies to meet individual needs
• Contribute to whole-school inclusion and SEN strategy

What you'll need to succeed

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience working with children with SEND in a primary setting
• Strong understanding of EHCPs and differentiated planning
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• A nurturing, resilient, and reflective teaching approach
