Salary: MPS (dependent on experience)

Your new school
Primary schools across North Birmingham and Sandwell are seeking passionate and experienced SEN Teachers to lead specialist resource bases supporting pupils with a range of additional needs. These inclusive settings are committed to providing high-quality education and tailored support for children with EHCPs, including those with autism, speech and language difficulties, and SEMH needs. Your new role
- Deliver personalised learning plans aligned with EHCP targets
- Lead and manage a team of support staff within the base
- Coordinate with external agencies and families to ensure holistic support
- Monitor pupil progress and adapt strategies to meet individual needs
- Contribute to whole-school inclusion and SEN strategy
What you'll need to succeed
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience working with children with SEND in a primary setting
- Strong understanding of EHCPs and differentiated planning
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- A nurturing, resilient, and reflective teaching approach
