Are you an experienced or aspiring SEN teacher looking for a role where you can truly make a difference?
A highly regarded special school in Wolverhampton is seeking a warm, committed, and creative teacher to join their close-knit team from January 2026 – or sooner if you're available immediately.
This is more than just a teaching job. It’s a chance to be part of a school where staff rarely leave, and where every team member is valued, supported, and empowered to help pupils thrive.
About the School:
Located in a quiet part of Wolverhampton, this specialist provision supports pupils aged 5–19 with a range of needs including:
- Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC)
 - Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges
 - Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD)

The school’s ethos is rooted in care, consistency, and connection. Staff work collaboratively to create a safe, structured, and engaging environment where pupils are encouraged to grow in confidence, independence, and self-belief.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Delivering a differentiated and creative curriculum tailored to individual learning needs
 - Building strong relationships with pupils, families, and support staff
 - Creating a classroom culture of respect, resilience, and positivity
 - Contributing to a team that genuinely cares about each other and the young people they serve

What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
 - Experience in SEN or mainstream settings with a passion for inclusive education
 - Excellent communication and behaviour management skills
 - A flexible, empathetic, and resilient approach to teaching

Why You’ll Love Working Here:
- Exceptionally low staff turnover – people stay because they’re happy
 - Supportive leadership and a collaborative team culture
 - Access to specialist training and CPD
 - A chance to make a lasting impact in the lives of vulnerable learners

If you're ready to join a school where your work is truly valued and where you can grow professionally while making a real difference, we’d love to hear from you.
Apply now to start your journey in a school that feels like home.
