The Role
We are working with a specialist school in Coventry that is seeking a committed and nurturing SEN Teacher to join their team on a permanent basis, starting as soon as possible.
This role involves supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs, with a particular focus on Early Years. The successful candidate will deliver structured, engaging lessons in a supportive and well‑resourced environment.
What you'll need to succeed
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Has experience teaching pupils with SEN
- Early Years experience is highly desirable
- Calm, patient, and adaptable teaching style
- Strong understanding of inclusive and child‑centred practice
- Committed to safeguarding and supporting pupil development
