The role would involve becoming part of the school’s supply pool with a view to working on a long-term cover basis as and when required.

The school:

  • The pupils are taught in small class sizes with specialist Teaching Assistants supporting the learning and behaviour in class
  • The school is hugely supportive of staff who commit to them on a long-term supply basis and provide specialist Team Teach training and pay staff to scale
  • The school will consider unqualified teachers if they have the right skills and experience
  • The school also works with us proactively on encouraging any candidates that are successful in temporary roles in applying for permanent positions that they are recruiting for
