Your new role
This new position has been created due to the expansion of the lower primary provision — a fantastic opportunity to join the school at a pivotal and energising time. The role involves:
- Leading a small primary class with a focus on early learning, emotional development, and foundational skills
- Creating a positive, structured, and engaging classroom environment
- Working collaboratively with a skilled multidisciplinary team
- Supporting pupils with additional needs to achieve their full potential
What you'll need to succeed
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Minimum 2–3 years’ teaching experience
- A strong understanding of early primary pedagogy
- A passion for supporting pupils with special educational needs
- A commitment to inclusive, child-centred practice
