Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and develop the Maths curriculum across the provision.
- Track progress and implement targeted interventions.

- Foster a calm, structured, and inclusive learning environment.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching Maths within SEN, alternative provision, or mainstream settings with high needs.

- Experience in subject leadership, or the ambition to step into a lead role.
- Strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills.
- A patient, resilient, and student-centred approach.
What is on offer?
- Small class sizes and a supportive staff team.
- A therapeutic and relationship-focused approach to learning.
- Opportunities for progression and professional development.
- A rewarding role where you can make a genuine difference every day.
