- Position: SEMH Teaching Assistant
- Location: Northampton
- Start Date: ASAP
- Contract: Full-time, Temporary
- Hours: Monday to Friday, school hours
Key Responsibilities: - Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with SEMH needs
- Deliver structured intervention programmes tailored to individual learning plans
- Work closely with SENCOs, teachers, and pastoral staff to support student progress.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment
What you'll need to succeed: - Previous experience supporting students with SEMH or similar needs
- Confident in delivering structured interventions
- Calm, empathetic, and resilient approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Relevant qualifications or training in SEN (desirable but not essential)
