Your new role

We are seeking a full-time SEMH Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will:

  • Support pupils with a range of special educational needs, including social, emotional, and mental health challenges.
  • Work closely with teachers and therapists to deliver tailored interventions.
  • Engage pupils in outdoor learning and Forest School activities.
  • Foster positive relationships and help create a safe, inclusive learning environment.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience working with children with SEN, particularly SEMH, ASD, and ADHD.
  • Resilience, empathy, and adaptability to meet diverse needs.
  • Ability to build trust and encourage positive behaviour.
  • A full UK driving licence (essential for travel between sites and activities).
  • A passion for outdoor learning and creative approaches to education.
