Your new role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our specialist school supporting pupils with complex educational needs and social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) challenges. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children who need extra support to thrive.
- Year Group: Year 3/4 class
- Learning Level: Pupils working at EYFS/KS1 age range
- Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
- Contract: Temporary to permanent, with strong potential for long-term placement

- Experienced in behavioural management strategies
- Skilled in supporting children with SEMH needs
- Confident working as a Teaching Assistant in primary settings
- Compassionate, resilient, and able to build positive relationships with pupils
- Flexible and committed to helping children reach their potential
