You will be working with a leading organisation that is based in South Wales.

Your new role

As the organisation’s lead authority on secure design and engineering, you’ll shape long-term cyber strategies, drive major initiatives, and embed secure-by-design principles across the technology landscape. This role blends strategic vision with deep technical expertise.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience designing secure solutions in complex environments

  • Leadership across multidisciplinary teams and portfolios

  • Ability to communicate technical risk in business terms

  • Expertise in system architecture reviews and repeatable methodologies

  • Insight into emerging technologies and their security implications

  • Relevant certifications (e.g. CISSP, GICSP, GRID, SABSA, TOGAF)

  • Deep technical knowledge in cyber security
