The Job:
You will be working alongside teaching staff to support pupils across Key Stages 3 and 4, helping to create a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
A variety of roles to include:
Whole class support
Supporting behaviour management and classroom routines
Targeted support to individuals on a 121 basis and/or small groups
Supporting pupils who have Special Educational Needs & Disabilities (SEND)
Supporting pupils who have Social Emotional and Mental Health Difficulties (SEMH)
We're looking for people who have:
Previous experience working in a secondary school
A Teaching Assistant Qualification
Experience working with young people
The confidence and passion to support pupils aged 11-16
Communication skills to quickly build positive relationships with young people
