Your new role

As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with teachers to support pupils in the classroom, provide one-to-one or small group assistance and help create a positive learning environment. You’ll play a key role in helping pupils overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.

What you'll need to succeed

• A passion for education and supporting young people.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Previous experience in a school setting is desirable but not essential.
