Are you ready to make a real impact in the classroom? Hays Education is on the lookout for enthusiastic, compassionate, and proactive Teaching Assistants to support students across KS3 & KS4 in Batley’s vibrant secondary schools.
Following several newly signed First Contact Preferred Agency agreements across Batley, we’ve seen a significant rise in demand for skilled support staff—and we want YOU to be part of this exciting wave!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting students aged 11–16 in their academic journey and personal development
- Assisting teachers with lesson delivery, classroom management, and tailored interventions
- Creating a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
- Helping students build confidence, resilience, and a love for learning
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working with secondary-aged students (or a strong desire to learn!)
- A caring, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
- A genuine passion for education and student wellbeing
