Due to continued expansion, the company is seeking a
Level IT Support Engineer to join its Magherafelt-based team and play a key role in delivering exceptional technical support.

Your Role
As a Level 2/3 IT Support Engineer, the successful candidate will provide responsive, knowledgeable, and empathetic support across a wide range of technologies. This hybrid role involves both remote and on-site work, supporting SMEs and contributing to infrastructure and cloud projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues
  • Supporting Windows servers, desktops, and networking equipment
  • Managing VPNs and Microsoft 365 environments
  • Performing system monitoring, patching, and security checks
  • Documenting client environments and resolutions
  • Collaborating with internal teams and liaising directly with clients

What You Need to Succeed
  • Experience:
    Minimum 3 years in a similar MSP support role
  • Technical Skills:
    • Microsoft Infrastructure (AD, Group Policy, DNS/DHCP, IIS, RDS)
    • Networking (VLANs, routing, switching, firewalls)
    • VPNs (client-based and site-to-site IPSec)
    • Windows Server (2016–2022), Windows 10–11
    • Microsoft 365 administration
    • Backup & disaster recovery in physical/virtual environments
    • Security tools (SentinelOne, CrowdStrike, Fortinet, etc.)
  • Soft Skills:
    Strong communication, problem-solving mindset, and client focus
  • Other:
    Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
  • Desirable:
    Relevant certifications (Microsoft, Fortinet, Dell); degree or equivalent experience
