My client is an instantly recognisable consultancy who are currently seeking a Scrum Master with Active Security Clearance (SC). You’ll play a key role in driving Agile delivery and optimising workflow management for a major, high-profile end client.
Required Skills & Experience
- Demonstrable experience as a Scrum Master within Agile delivery environments
- Active Security Clearance (SC)
- Strong, hands-on expertise with Jira Software (Epics, boards, workflows, reporting)
- Understanding of secure or deployed environments, including air-gapped or restricted networks
- Solid knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe or similar)
- Proven ability to manage delivery in highly regulated or compliance-driven environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Desirable Experience
- Experience working across large-scale client programmes
- Familiarity with government digital standards or delivery frameworks
- Exposure to integrating legacy systems and modern cloud-native platforms (e.g. AWS)
- Understanding of DevSecOps practices within secure environments
- Relevant Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master)
