This secondary school's Science Department is thriving, and we are seeking a skilled Science Technician to join the team and support teaching and learning in the sciences.

• Prepare and set up practical experiments and demonstrations for science lessons
• Maintain and organise laboratory equipment, chemicals, and resources
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
• Provide technical support to staff and students during practical sessions
• Assist in the safe disposal of materials and management of stock levels

• CLEAPSS trained (essential)
• Previous experience working in a school science department or laboratory environment
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
