Calling all Science Teachers! Hays Education are looking for a passionate Science Teacher to join a secondary school located near Wallsend. For this job, the successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging and challenging Science lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4.
Your new role
- Plan and deliver high-quality Science lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Use a range of teaching techniques to engage and challenge students of all abilities.
- Assess and report on student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents.
- Contribute to the wider life of the school through extra-curricular activities and events.
What you'll need to succeed
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching Science at Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Science.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities.
- A commitment to continuous professional development.
