Hays Education are working in partnership with a large and inclusive secondary school in Liverpool to recruit a committed and enthusiastic Science Teacher for a long-term position starting in January 2026.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and well-structured Science lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, contributing to a dynamic department that supports both student progress and professional development.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience teaching Science at KS3 and KS4 (Biology, Chemistry or Physics specialisms welcome)
  • Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills
  • A passion for inspiring young minds and promoting scientific curiosity
  • A collaborative and reflective approach to teaching
