Hays Education are working in partnership with a large and inclusive secondary school in Liverpool to recruit a committed and enthusiastic Science Teacher for a long-term position starting in January 2026.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and well-structured Science lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, contributing to a dynamic department that supports both student progress and professional development.

What you'll need to succeed

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience teaching Science at KS3 and KS4 (Biology, Chemistry or Physics specialisms welcome)
Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills
A passion for inspiring young minds and promoting scientific curiosity
A collaborative and reflective approach to teaching
