Warrington Secondary school looking for a full-time Receptionist to start asap.
Your new company
Hays Education are working with a Warrington Secondary School supporting the recruitment of full time Receptionist.
Hours are 8–3.30 Monday–Friday during term time.
Your new role
Working alongside two other administrators, you will be responsible for reception/ front of house duties on a busy school front desk.
Key duties will include:
- Presenting a professional impression to all callers and visitors to the school
- Signing in all visitors following the school's safeguarding policy
- Managing all deliveries and incoming/ outgoing post
- Typing letters
- Using Arbor to maintain student records
- Communicating with parents via school apps
What you'll need to succeed
For this role you will need to be able to prioritise work in a busy office environment. You will be comfortable dealing with different people, and handling queries quickly and efficiently. You will have excellent communication and time management skills, and be comfortable working with/ learning school systems and using Outlook.
This role is school based, so you will need an enhanced DBS prior to starting.
