Responsibilities
As part of a specialist school team, you may:
  • Support pupils on a one-to-one basis
  • Deliver small-group interventions
  • Support pupils with Autism, SEMH and complex needs
  • Assist with behaviour management strategies
  • Encourage communication, independence and social development
  • Support teaching and learning across the curriculum
  • Work alongside teachers, therapists and pastoral teams
  • Help create positive learning experiences for vulnerable learners
