Batley schools, in partnership with Hays Education, are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisors to join their teams for long-term, full-time positions.
✨ What’s the role?
As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll step into the classroom when teachers are absent, ensuring lessons run smoothly and students stay engaged. You don’t need to be a qualified teacher—just someone with the confidence to manage groups of 15+ students and keep learning on track.
Who we’re looking for
- Individuals with experience leading or managing groups, whether in schools, sports coaching, community centres, or youth organisations (football, rugby, Cubs, Girl Guides, etc.)
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- A positive, proactive attitude and genuine interest in education
- Commitment to working 5 days per week, long term
Pay & Perks
- Up to £100 per day (maximum rate)
- Guaranteed work in Batley schools through Hays Education
