✨ Monitoring daily attendance and identifying patterns of concern

✨ Preparing reports and data for SLT, governors, and external agencies
✨ Conducting home visits (where necessary) alongside safeguarding staff

✔ Experience in school attendance, admin, pastoral, or safeguarding
✔ Strong data and IT skills (SIMS/Arbor experience a bonus)
✔ Excellent communication & relationship‑building skills
✔ Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism
✔ A proactive, compassionate, and solutions‑focused mindset
✔ An enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one through Hays)
